Alytica is a research and advocacy group dedicated to spatial learning in STEM. Over 30 years of research demonstrates the criticality of spatial skills in STEM, and its ability to be trained. Alytica collects as presents the evidence, advocates for its inclusion in STEM education, and connects educators and communities with reliable resources to put this knowledge into practice.

Steph Jump is an award-winning design engineer and businesswoman with dual master's degrees, whose career ranged from medicine development to managing a medical device accelerator. Inspired by her research on spatial reasoning and gender equity, she is now dedicated to building solutions that prepare girls for a technological world.
With a background in biomedical engineering/physics (Dartmouth/Vassar), early-stage product innovation (Imperial/RCA), and business strategy, Steph is an awesome person and founder.

Kala Goyal

Kala Goyal is an accomplished software engineer, digital artist, and researcher currently at Meta, who graduated with distinction from Dartmouth College, where she co-founded the DEV Studio for extended reality and published research on spatial cognition. Driven by a goal to uplift marginalized communities, she focuses on leveraging the link between spatial skills and STEM equity to shape the future of STEM innovation.
With a background in biomedical engineering/physics (Dartmouth/Vassar), early-stage product innovation (Imperial/RCA), and business strategy, Steph is an awesome person and founder.
